# Terms and Conditions for AbegScores

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AbegScores, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use AbegScores.

## 2. Service Usage
- Users may or may not register to create tournaments.
- AbegScores can modify, suspend, or terminate services/accounts at any time.
- No guarantees of uptime, feature availability, or accuracy.
- AbegScores reserves the right to remove user-generated content for any reason.

## 3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew based on the selected cycle (Monthly/Yearly).
- No pre-renewal notifications are sent.
- Users can cancel anytime (Premium remains active until the end of the billing period).
- No refunds, unless at AbegScores' discretion.

## 4. Account Suspension & Termination
AbegScores has absolute discretion to suspend, delete, or restrict accounts for any reason, including:
- Policy violations.
- Misuse of the platform.
- Security threats.

Suspended or terminated accounts lose access immediately with no refund or compensation.

## 5. User-Generated Content
- Users own their tournament content.
- AbegScores may remove any content at its discretion.

## 6. Disclaimer of Liability
- AbegScores is provided "as is", with no guarantees or warranties.
- AbegScores is not responsible for data loss, service errors, or disputes.

## 7. Amendments to Terms
AbegScores can modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
