# Cancellation & Refund Policy for AbegScores

## 1. Subscription & Billing
- Premium subscriptions auto-renew according to the chosen plan (Monthly/Yearly).
- Users may cancel anytime, retaining access until the paid period ends.
- No pre-renewal notifications are sent.

## 2. Refund Policy
- No refunds as users can test the free version before subscribing.
- Refunds may be considered only for service failures, at AbegScores' sole discretion.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@abegscores.com.

## 3. Cancellation Process
- Users must cancel via Account Settings.
- Upon cancellation, Premium access remains active until the paid period ends.

## 4. No Liability for User Mistakes
- AbegScores is not responsible for accidental purchases, auto-renewal misunderstandings, or failure to cancel on time.
- Users bear full responsibility for managing their subscriptions.

## 5. No Warranty & Final Decision
- AbegScores provides no guarantees regarding subscription benefits, uptime, or performance.
- AbegScores has full discretion to deny refunds.
